So the problem is that a large portion of the people you come into contact with will have an employee mindset and think that if only they worked harder then they will succeed.The reality of the matter however, is that it is much more about working smarter and not harder.

Therefore, try to focus your efforts on looking for people who are ok with the thought of owning their own business and that can envision the overall goal of residual income.Then think of targeting people who may have previously been involved in network marketing since they already know what to expect. Or possibly look for people that work on a commission structure such as real estate agents since they know how to close a sale and network with others.

Just keep in mind that you have to work with the people you bring into your company, so bring in the type of people who have the mindset that you want to work with. This is a people business and you wouldn’t want to work with someone you have nothing in common with or who cannot see the end goal. So sit back and really think about the type of people you’re looking for and go where they are. Once you do that, you’ll be able to skyrocket your mlm lead generation abilities and become a master recruiter!
